# Privacy at turntall.com

## Your video stays on your device

When you choose a video in the turntall.com web editor, the file is read and processed locally by your browser. Source footage is not uploaded to turntall.com. Media inspection, frame decoding, subject tracking, crop planning, preview, encoding, and creation of the downloadable result happen on the device. The result is exposed to you as a temporary browser download rather than stored in a turntall.com account.

The editor does not require registration or login. The current web application does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or cookies, and it does not create a cloud project containing your media. Temporary in-browser object URLs and processing resources are released when files are replaced, output is reset, or the page is left.

## Ordinary website traffic

Opening any website still sends ordinary network information, such as the requested page, IP address, browser headers, and timing data, through your browser, network provider, DNS provider, and the infrastructure that delivers turntall.com. The production site is delivered through CloudFront from a private Amazon S3 bucket, with DNS records managed through Cloudflare. This network traffic is separate from the source video, which remains local.

## Email and external links

Emailing info@turntall.com sends the message and addressing information through the email services used to send and receive it. External links are governed by the destination's practices. Share only what is needed for your request and do not send private footage unless a safe reproduction method has been agreed in advance.

## Your choices

You can stop local processing by cancelling an active conversion, replacing the selected file, reloading, or closing the page. You can use the editor without an account and without providing contact details.
